In my case I was interested enough to go to Fords F-53 chassis website and look up the numbers. I have to make a tight turn into my driveway so it did play into my decision. I decided to go with the 24K vs. 22K because of the wheel cut and turning diameter. For example, with the same wheelbase of 228in. the turning diameter for the 24K with a 50 degree cut is 60ft while the 22K with a 42 degree is 68ft. even though the 24K that I was looking at and purchased is a longer coach.
