I have a 2002 National Sea Breeze and I had small leaks along both the front and back seams. I kept adding a little Dicor sealant and it would help, but I didn't get it completely stopped until I cleaned off all of the old caulking and re-caulked all the way across. If I have another leak, I'm going to use the tape that everyone says works wonders, but for now, I don't have any leaks at all.
One other leak that I had was with the skylight in the bathroom. I caulked all around it two times and I would still find a little water on the floor after every rain. The problem was that there was a hairline crack in the middle of the clear plastic dome. I put a little caulking on the crack and that fixed it.
Good luck finding your leak.
