Casper to Rawlins, WY
How are routes 220 and 287 from Casper, WY over to Rawlins? We are thinking of taking a more southerly route to get to Oregon from our current location in Buffalo, WY.

- Roads are fine just check wind conditions. Especially north of and around Rawlins. Checking wind conditions when in Wyoming is always a good idea. Yesterday we had some high winds and storm come through central Wyoming and prediction of quarter sized hail although we didn't get any in northwest Wyoming.

220 between Muddy Gap and Pathfinder road they had some fog this morning but road is dry. No indication of wind. - They are fine. I have driven them in all types of weather. Would hate to get caught there in a winter storm though.
