Ceiling Fan ?????

Thinking of installing a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Looking for some help.
Is 12V or 110 fans better? I'm thinking 12v so will be able to run it without invertor or generator or shore power. Any pros and cons on 12v fans vs 110 fans?

Do they make one with a remote control?

How are they attached to the ceiling? I have an 04 Fleetwood Revolution and the ceiling is a vinyl or ultra leather. I have no idea how you get above this covering to the sold ceiling. Any idea?

For those with ceiling fans in the bedroom, are they worth it? Do they help? I'm primarily looking to help move the air around on those calm warm/hot nights when dry camping. If I'm plugged into shore power, I'll run the AC's if needed.
Thanks for your help.

Do they help? Yes. We enjoy ours, (a 12v model).

Are they worth it? Since the ceiling fan came standard on our coach, I have no idea its cost or what the cost would be to install one.

If you don't have a Fantastic fan, or similar, I would go that route first. However, If it is real "muggy" out, we prefer the ceiling fan.

We usually have shore power, so we got the AC powered fan...with remote.

Check Amazon.com, search 12 VDC Ceiling Fan, I found several there. They also showed remote controls for their fans.
I have a 2015 Fleetwood Excursion with one small window in the bedroom, so no cross ventilation. I was hoping to install a fan just to keep the air moving. My plan (35B) does not have 12 VCD or 120 VAC anywhere near the ceiling so I am stuck looking for other options. If you have 12 VDC nearby, you might consider a Fantastic Fan, they move a lot of air, they have multiple speeds, etc. JH
