When changing hole location on the bar do I have to change the location on the top of connecting rod I hav a 2013 Tiffin on a ford chassis

The only downside to the CHF is when you raise the front end, the tires come off the ground sooner. You can get longer sway bar links the solve that issue and also level the sway bar back up.
