chassis fuse panel location

I have a 1992 Euro Premier 37' diesel pusher I can not find the fuse panel my radio, windshield washer, and cigarette lighter are not working
Also if someone has a owners manual or knows where I can get one
Your help would be greatly appreciated

    I have a 94 diesel Bounder and there is a covered panel on mine behind the front grill with most of the fuses in it. There is also an electric panel in my battery compartment that contains some fuses. Hope that might help.
