- Bill1374ExplorerYep. Last winter in Florida. Water tank went to overfill and a quick check told me what it was. Local rv places couldn't help but a quick call to Tiffin parts had the valve on the way. Had to remove water compartment panels to get at the valve and a neighbor with the pex crimp tool had me back together in a a couple of hours.
- corvettekentExplorerI have not replaced mine yet but I have taken it apart twice to fix it.
- Dutch_12078Explorer IIPretty much any of the usual RV parts sources, including Amazon, carry them. Changing one just requires removing the screws from the existing port, prying it away from the wall, and disconnecting it from the water line behind it. Reverse the process to reinstall it, using thread tape and fresh butyl putty as needed to seal it to the wall. Some of the replacements come with both included.
- Mandalay_ParrExplorerNot me.
- 2oldmanExplorer IIPractically everyone has! They fail all the time.
