Cleaning skylight blinds

We have successfully cleaned the day/night blinds in our coach using Oxiclean, but now are wondering if there is any way to clean the blinds over the skylights. They appear to be made of a sort of paper, not sure that they would stand up to the scrubbing we gave the window blinds. Has anyone been able to clean these?
