Coach House RV Feedback

We currently have a Dynamax 340 and are considering downsizing. One coach that looks interesting is the 261XL from Coach House. This coach is based upon a Ford E450 cutaway chassis. While I have talked to the sales folks I would appreciate feedback from current and past owners of their products. I would especially like to know about its ride quality, effects from wind and passing trucks, whether the coach drags on inclines, and comments on the hot water heating system. the hot water system is primarily heated by the coach engine with electric backup. How does this work when dry camping? Additionally, any other comments would be appreciated. We live in California and frequently drive in the mountains and in gusty winds.

Thanks.
