coach net or good Sam roadside service?
Which do you prefer? Experiences good and bad please on good Sam vs coach net roadside services

we have GS and had to use them twice on the same trip. First time was shortly after headin g out Saturday around 10am for a rear blown tire. Service was fast and pleasant.
Second time was on the way home, Sunday around 6pm. Service was terrible, we were stuck on the Interstate for about 5 hours before we got help and that was after i had to call back twice to complain.
i think it really depends on where and when you breakdown
