Sorry all but I had cleared it through the security police, obtained permission and all they needed was a driver's license, registration, and insurance. It was surely the decision of the individual tow companies to respond or refuse but like the captain of a ship that runs aground, he is responsible even if he's in his bunk.
Coach-net contracts with them, therefore they are Coach-net's representative and Coach-net needs to fix the problem. But like everything else, customer service is a thing of the past, never mind that I paid for their service for years and never needed it.
