I just re-read this thread and saw that. Too funny!
  • No slide they wasn't invented yet.... Nothing when hot is off.. so faucet it is you think.... Thanks...
  • Is your kitchen sink on a slide? If so, is it possible that the cold water line is being pinched when you moved the slide?

And if you turn off the hot water shutoff under the sink, you get nothing at all? Correct?

Like others, I suspect there is likely an issue with your faucet.
  • This started when we hooked up to city water for the first time with this rv and it didn't have a pressure regulator on it nor did I, Since then no cold water, Had it with the pump on before, now no cold with the pump on... Yes the valve is on.... Thanks
  • Just stating the obvious: You have checked the cold-water shut-off valve under the sink to make sure it's open, right?
  • Something is obviously blocking the water. It could be a pinched/kinked water line to the kitchen sink, a shutoff valve somewhere (though I don't think they're common on RVs), or a faulty/crudded up sink valve, or even a foreign object stuck in the plumbing somewhere, probably among other things.

I would probably start by turning off the pump (and city water inlet), disconnecting the connection to the cold water tap on the sink, sticking it in a bucket, and turning the pump on. If water flows into the bucket, you know the problem lies at the faucet itself. You may need a special tool (a "basin wrench") to unhook the water line, depending on how things are set up and what the access is like.
  • Kitchen sink faucet is clogged or internal cartridge has failed on cold side

It being RV junk probably NOT serviceable like a residential faucet.
(Remove handle, then unscrew top and pull internal cartridge)
    Probably doesn't even come apart.

You can disconnect hot/cold lines ...swap them and see if problem changes to HOT side.

Better yet.......replace that RV Junk with a quality residential faucet.

I do that with every RV.....kitchen and bathroom. Then IF a problem I can service/repair with parts from any hardware store.
