Considering 2000 Georgetown 346S vs 2003 Damon Challenger

I've found two units I'm considering. First is a 2003 Damon Challenger. One owner although the male died 4 years ago and it's been setting since. Needs tires, house batteries and a good cleaning. ...

Thank you all for the input. I will be meeting with an RV Tech this afternoon to go over the Damon. Want to make sure everything is in good working order and get an "expert" opinion.
