Got one in the house, sitting on the counter taking up space. Used it for a short while and not been touched in years now.
I guess our camping cooking style is different than yours. We fix, pretty much everything, outside on a flat electric griddle. Only on rare occasions do we fix anything inside, other than pop-corn in the microwave oven.
Our gas oven in the camper works OK for us, for the few times we've used it. Took a while to figure out how to make it work best, but we can produce anything from it, baked even and not burnt.
For "toast" English Muffins, we just use a simple 2 slot toaster, or toast bread items over the fire pit.
