Convection oven - phooey, Switched to Toaster oven

We love convection ovens including the convection microwave in our rig, although there was a bit of a learning curve it does a great job with nearly everything we have tried. Had to use the operations manual the first few times to get the hang of it, many meals are already programmed into our unit and there is no preheating required. We also enjoy our toaster oven at home, we made sure to purchase one that had a convection feature, gets plenty of use particularly during summer months.
