I use a NuWave induction cooktop outside for the majority of all my cooking. I also have a portable Camp Chef LP Stove/Oven for those times when I just can't live without a biscuit! Otherwise, the convection/microwave MIGHT get used to cook a baked potato and that usually bakes in about an hour. The gas stovetop inside the RV is only used to boil water....thinking very seriously about removing it and claiming that space as countertop. I might turn that gas cooktop into an outdoor kitchen to fry bacon and other stuff at our house instead of stinking up the kitchen!
Toaster oven? Haven't found a need for one. Had one at home and never used it. Opted for a regular pop-up toaster instead.....
