If you don't want to spring for a GE Profile that will cook in combination mode (BTW my roast chicken done therein has a beautiful golden skin too!), try this. Cheaper, fast and works great. Yes. I have one of these too. There is a learning curve with both but well worth it. In this one I've done a great roast chicken with seasoned roast potato wedges on the side in short order! Just remember, a true convection oven is not and never will be as fast to cook as a microwave.
