Covering tires inside?

No need to. You cover them while outside to protect the tires from UV and weather and the rims from weather. No issues inside.

Per Michelin inflate tires to max on sidewall and park on something (plywood, plastic cutting board, etc) that insulates the tires from concrete or asphalt.

As noted before; No cover needed indoors. Do park on metal or plastic to prevent moisture from floor from dry rotting the rubber in the tires.

Well if sunlight is coming in a big window and hitting the tires for a good part of the day I would cover them. Plain glass does not stop UV rays

Tires outside don't need to be covered, tires are made to handle the UV rays. They will crack from age not the sun, on the other hand your wheels outside could always stand to be covered to keep the elements from hurting your wheel depending on what it's made of. Inside cover nothing unless your covering everything to keep the dust and grime off that's in the air.

No. and I only cover my tires outside during the summer unless I'm spending the winter in the Southwest.

Looks like I was mis-informed, tires do have some uv block but still better to cover. Thanks
