Cummins Engine Overheating 500HP

Have a 2008 Travel Supreme 45' with a Cummins
engine 500 HP with a 65 HP engine cooling
fan. (Spartan Chassis) The cooling fan will operate for about
60-80 miles and no doubt cuts off causing
the main engine to overheat enough for
warning light to alarm.
Check relays & found to be not working so
I purchased new ones which will last approx
another couple of short trips never knowing
when the relays will go again? Concerned
with heat around the main engine I thought
if I box & insulate the relays that would solve
my issue but did not. It happen again yesterday
on another short trip & luckily had purchased
extra relays just in case.
Hope I have given you all enough info to
hopefully assist me with a solution!

It's a Spartan Chassis. Have them check it out.
Heat kills relays.
Might be a few more dollars than the corner mechanic or tech but they probably have seen it before and won't be a too expensivefix.

And, is the relay of proper amperage?

Something's causing the relays to fail. Are they properly fused? Is the air solenoid that the relays operate to engage/disengage the fan in good condition?

Not really sure but I thought I heard of a recall on a similar situation on the TS of the last years they were in Business - Give Cummins or Spartan a call to see if this is so.
