Sorry for my absence. My mother passed away.
I was not great at posting the sequence of events.
I was curious about what anyone reading these forums would do. And it also makes others aware of issues, or potential issues.
I think when you pay for your possessions to be in the care of a business - be it an RV park or storage facility - there must be some responsibility for the business transaction - unless a signed contract specifically states conditions - which with Oasis it did not. Quite different than parking in a shopping center.
sehuner - what would be your cause of action?
lotstosee - see what I mean? They advertise 24hr security - of what?
Bruce Brown - you can assure me? I realize weather has its affects, but in this case it was in perfect condition - we had it washed and waxed regularly at Premier in Eugene Oregon btw when Terry was managing there and it looked brand new until the people at Oasis washed and waxed it. A bit too coincidental.
