TANDLG, you have a 13 yr. old motorhome, paint problems come with age.
It's very hard for me to understand that you had a perfectly good paint job and then, poof, it's awful after a wash and wax. Nothing is magical, I just can't believe that they would use a terribly inferior product to cause the problems that you are stating. I have waxed many a car over my lifetime, I just don't know what they could have used to cause the problem that you are talking about, unless they used sandpaper.
And, it's a shame that someone bumped your motorhome. There are jerks everywhere. Sorry to hear about that.
