Deal on the Coachmen 2009 27RS fell thru

Well the dealer is in the unit so deep that 6 new tires , a spare and the brake controller as well as some trim repairs cannot be done w/out my participation.

NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

We are now looking at a 2014 Fleetwood Tioga Montara. My proposed deal with the trade I had offered before at the same value would net him $64,925 for the 25k model with the V10 engine. Do you think this provides the dealer with a reasonable margin? (he already is 'stealing' my trade)?

The second question is which engine on this unit is the best choice- 5.4V8 or the V10?

My primary choice for this unit is not to have a dinghy as I would use Enterprise for a longterm stay/sightseeing and do without a Toad. In future I might tow a Jon Boat for Florida park stays and would not need a dinghy.

My question is should I buy with the larger motor (work less hard for travel w/o the dinghy (anticipating future towing) or buy with the smaller engine knowing it will 'work harder' when I do tow.

We are currently doing about 15k per year with our fiver and it will probably go up when not towing.
