I agree that 25% from MSRP is readily attainable although foreign exchange has to be worked into the deal for us living in Canada. Based on my experience you can also deal more with certain units if you know what the dealer wants to move at that specific time.
To improve your bargaining position you need to learn as much about the selling dealer and products as possible as well as the local and surrounding markets. I was not able to get any reliable dealer invoice costs for RV's so I did not have those facts going into the buying process.
