Delamination?

Just bought a 2003 Itasca Spirit, 30 ft. It all seems in very good condition, is low miles and everything works fine. But we notice that there is a sort of wavy area just above the bottom of 1 of the sides with the whole area maybe about 1 foot by 3 inches. There is no sign of the outer surface pulling away nor any breaks or tears or looseness. It almost looks like something might have pushed upward on the bottom and caused this wrinkled look. Someone, without seeing it, said that is delamination. Looking for opinions. If it is delamination, how worried should we be? Will it just stay that way for years or will it spread and get worse?

It may or may not be. Even though the sides are vacuum bonded and laminated there is often a "stud" or something else that sticks out a bit and causes a bulge.
We really need a pic to be able to give a better diagnosis.

When I began posting some two years ago, comments to my posts stated that photos would help. This is one of those times.
