If memory serves me correctly you have a heated air intake on that motor and the fact that you haven't blown yourself up with the starting fluid may mean that the heated air intake grid has gone bad or there is no power to it. Even in 65 degree heat the engine needs to see some warm air going to it to start and that could be why it isn't starting. Of course I could be wrong but I believe my 97 Imperial with that motor had the heater.
