Diesel Mechanic Redding CA

Diesel Mechanic in Redding CA


I'm in Redding CA and I need the alternator checked/replaced on my 05 Alpine Coach, 400 Cummins. I'm looking for a recommendation of a good shop, independent or mobil diesel mechanic. Quality work is the important thing, not cost. Of course I'd like to get on my way as soon as possible. It's always better to post here before going to the yellow pages!!!

    I have an apt tomorrow morn at 8 with All Wheel Truck and RV. Came highly recommended on two forums, plus it's a local family owned shop.

    By the way, the wife loves Redding.............at least the part of town inside the casino;)

    If you have time check out Whiskeytown Lake. It's a real gem and only 15 mins from center of town off Hwy 299. If you decide to go make sure to check out visitors center. They can also direct you to the dam-where there is a monument that pertains to the dedication of the lake/dam by JFK in 1963-and a great audio recording of his words. It was at that very spot where he stood and gave his dedication speech. It's very moving.
