Do shops ever fix something on the first try?
Is it my bad luck or do others have to go back to mechanics to get a repair done right? I get tired of paying people to learn how to fix something . Nobody ever says this is the price and I'll fix it...

It is not the gallon that they overfilled. They used manual for capacity.
It is the gallon that they did not drain as "time is the money"
You are most likely correct, but getting them to admit to that one would be tough.
