Dolphin Class A

We saw a 2005 Dolphin Class A yesterday while having our MH being serviced that we really like. I know that National RV is no longer in business and that does not bother me. (Same stuff every other MH uses.) It is fully loaded included dual pane windows and heated mirrors. Does anyone have an opinion of the Dolphin line? Most of us like what we have, I just want your input as to the quality of this product. Thanks

Thanks for all responses! At $44,500 and an $8,000 trade in for my 1995 Holiday Rambler I really might go for it!

We have a 2004 Dolphin 5342 that we have owned since 2005. It has 51000 miles and has been a great MH. We recently went to the RV Show in Pomona Ca and looked at new and used, gas and diesel and found we liked ours better than anything we saw. The amount of storage we have both inside and outside is far more than any MH we saw. The only problem we have that occurs on a regular basis is the bedroom slide assy. motor pin. I have become quite proficient at changing the pin and can get it done in about 10 minutes.
If something ever happened to this MH we would find another Dolphin.

I use to have an 05 Dolphin 37'. Very good coach. Had no major issues and would recommend one to anyone.

In our local small motor home club we have several members who are also in the Dolphin club. What I hear from them around the campfire is that they like their Dolphins.

We have an 06b we bought new in 07 and have 30K on it and still love it and are hard pressed to find anything we would try to replace it with.

A close friend who we travel with often has a 2005 34ft Dolphin on the Workhorse frame. He is very pleased with his MH, travels with it often, and has had no significant problems. Sure, the dash air needed service, he had it detailed and the decals removed and replaced with paint, he replaced the front TV with a digital flatscreen, and he has a Banks power pack. I don't see that he gets different mileage from my MH, same engine, longer and heavier, and no Banks, but that is a totally unscientific response.
If maintained, it's a nice RV. Naturally the way an RV is treated has a great deal to do with it's longevity, regardless of the brand.
Happy Trails.
