Door entrance lock with deadbolt
Door entrance lock not locking. Deadbolt lock still working. How hard is it to replace entrance door lock assembaly? This is on a class A 2014 Itasca sunstar.

been there, done that!
When that spring loaded pot metal bolt breaks, it's like cracking a safe! And as you mention, the gymnastics involved in entering the rv via open window- I only use the deadbolt on mine

- i think 3 screws from the inside hold the it together
they are easy to replace
