You were lucky they did mine and did a lousy job. Will never recommend them or go back to them
I used RV Fog Doctor in Searcy, Arkansas to repair my door window that was fogged and also had some moisture inside the dual pane. They did an excellent job and the cost was $200.00. They were quick and very professional. They have full hookups and wifi at no charge. We arrived on Friday night for our appointment on Monday morning. - garymunsonExplorerAs fcoopers says, it's something you can do. I found a shortcut..instead of completely separating the two panes, I use a razor knife to cut out the top and bottom sealer/spacer, dragged a rag dampened with cleaner between the two to clean them, then resealed the top and bottom. Some people have said their glass gets almost etched and is very hard to clean, I guess I caught mine early as the foggyness wiped away very easily. The shortcut eliminates waiting 24 hours to put the window back together. Once the sealer skins over, you're good to assemble and reinstall. Mine used a 3/16" spacer, some others use 1/4". You can get the spacer and sealer on Amazon or eBay.
- 10forty2ExplorerI had a fogged pane between me and the mirror as well. When I looked into it, it was cheaper to order a new pane from Atwood and replace it myself, than to have it repaired. Just something else to thinks about.
- ILVMYGTExplorerDave Roots RV Glass Repair (http://www.daverootrvglassrepair.com/ )now has a "Window Rebuild Kit" ($268) to rebuild the windows. I also bought the "Exterior window reseal kits" ($60) so I could replace the flange gasket. The kit includes all the necessary supplies and instructions to rebuild the window except the caulking gun. I have done 3 windows and have enough material to do several more windows. The job is not too difficult. The hardest part was cutting my old seal as it had a metal strip in it. When we removed the larger window we had 3 people there to support it, however it only took 2 reinstall it. I am very satisfied with the kit and the rebuilt windows.
Here is an article on the repair. Page 9

Doesn't hurt to ask, but I can't imagine the insurance covering this. Kind like making an insurance claim for bald tires because it's a safety issue. I don't think it will work. - fcooperExplorerIf you're a do it yourself type, it's not technically difficult. There are some you tube video's on how. I documented doing one, and the steps are in the files section of the IRV2 forum. You can easily do one window for less than $100 with materials left over for another window.

- edatlantaExplorerX2 on Suncoast. Just be aware if your windows are frame-less the price is $450.00/window (or it was in December 2014).
