Take the Pike west to I-91. Follow 91 past Hartford to I-84. Pick up I-81 in Scranton, follow that south into VA. Around Fancy Gap, VA, you pick up, IIRC (maps not handy) US17 south. This will put you on I95 at Fredricksburg.
