After doing some monitoring of the system, here is what I think I have found. When the water heater kicks on it will cycle properly using propane for a few cycles. I noticed water starting to come out of the pressure relief valve. Just a small amount of water more like a small drip. Then the dsi light comes on. It will even come on when just using the electric side and not the propane side. I replaced the motherboard and thought I had fixed it. No such luck. It seems like the water is getting scolding hot, cannot find anywhere to turn the temp. down. As one other suggestion earlier was that it could be getting to hot, i think it could be. But how do you fix that? I am going to post a couple of pics to show what I have. Hope this will help you all give me some ideas.
