I use a Roadmaster duel hitch receiver with a 4" drop to level the tow bar and use a bike rack. Has a higher capacity than the receiver on the coach.
You might run into a problem if the tow bar ever contacts the rack if the angle between the coach and dingy is high such as entering a gas station, shopping center and such. I shorten the tongue of the bike rack so it was not over top of the pivot point of the tow bar. Might be better to add a hitch to the dingy and install the rack on it.
