Hey good folks,
We will be full-timers very soon. Does anybody use or know about an enclosure of some kind we can use for our cats so they can get some fresh air every once in awhile.

~Thanks, John

A friend of mine, made a simple wire inclosed box, that hangs outside the window behind the drivers seat. He said it cost him about $20 in supplies. I think he hangs it with heavy duty stick on picture hangers. With the window open the cat can enter and leave it by itself.

x2 I saw the same thing.
I was parked next to a MH where the owner did the same thing. He made a real nice looking enclosure that fit into the passenger side window. When he parked he put it up. The cat loved it.

I suggest a 60 second set up pup tent. Let's your cat outside but offers some protection.

OK, could you post some pictures or links of the body harnesses that you are using? Ours can and does slip out of the body harness we have.

we simply put a body harness on ours and hook him up to a 20 ft thin cable and hes just fine outside the MH like this
(bring him in before moving MH LOL)

We do the same with our cat.

We did the same with our cat for 14 years. He was used to running free at home, but always went out while camping with a harness and leach. He would just sit at the door and wait for it - never tried to go out without getting "dressed". Of course, we never left him out alone for very long - you know how many dogs have invisible leaches!
