Hi,

Anyone ever hear of any RV customizers adding a slide out to a 21RB Class C?

Yes I think I know someone who could do the work but you would be much better off putting 15,000 toward a newer coach with slides. Look at PPL Motorhomes they have several nic "C" coaches with slides.

In our group, there are a number that have added slides. Slides were not available when our coaches were built. they all cost 10~15K and most have been a reliability and water leak night mare. One was very expensive and when the shop that did the design and install could not make it work and stop leaking, they actually offered to take it out at no cost to the owner and that is what happened.

There are some places in the south that do this but IIRC it runs in the neighborhood of $10K+.

It can be done. It is very very expensive and probably will cost more than buying a new unit with a slide.
