First time Motorhome owner, but it has no manuals, HELP!
I just purchased a 1999 Georgie Boy Pursuit 29 ft. Class A Motorhome from lady who's husband had passed, but there are no manuals to explain how the items are to be operated or anything. I am a first time RV owner, and the RV has been really kept up good. They had a packet in the motorhome with receipts for everything that has been done to it, and it has a "chassis" manual, but it doesn't tell things like how to switch from generator to AC power, or how to go from LP to AC on the fridge, how to fill, empty, dump, or flush the water systems, and those type of things.
I had backed it up to the garage and unplugged the cord from the junction box in the back of the RV and took the AC cord and plugged it in to a recept. outside, but when I did that, the button that you press inside the door said something about "battery disconnect", and half the stuff doesn't work. That button was green when we used the generator and didn't say anything about the battery disconnect, but now it's red and says battery disconnect. Anyway, I made sure all the breakers were on, but only the top lights inside the RV will work, none of the lamps or sconce lights will turn on.
To make a long story short, I wonder if anybody could tell me where to find the information I need to know how to operate everything in this specific motorhome, or if there is anybody who is familiar with this one and can help me out. I would greatly appreciate any advice or help I can get.
