I think the flashing sign noting they are doing it is in response to the public finding out about it and filing protests.
The BIG issue is they were recording them 24/7's and keeping them on file without the public knowing. Also concerned their statements of tracking.
And of course the gov's answer to everything illegal they do is they do it only to catch criminals. To make you feel all warm and fuzzy and safe and say well ok.:R:R
