I don't think much of CW, never have but I do think it is unrealistic to think you can get something for nothing. As much as I don't care for them I realize they gotta make a margin. No business can do that by giving things away.
Buy the washer/dryer at their internet price and go see if you can find anyone who will install that thing for $59. Considering that even the best independent (and most better than CW) RV shops charge from $85 - $125 per hour for labor depending on where you live, it just is unrealistic to expect anyone to give you a rock bottom price on both.
Based on the quality of the work I've seen at CW, I'd take advantage of their best price on the machine then find a good shop with folks who know what they are doing to do the installation.
