MY MISTAKE, IT IS THE P13 POST NOT P19. FLEETWOOD TRIED TO HELP AND HAS SENT ME A WIRING SCHEMATIC AND TROUBLE SHOOTING PLAN. ONE ADDITIONAL DISCOVERY IS BOTH THE SHUT OFF RELAYS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING AND THE COACH APPEARS TO BE STUCK IN THE ON POSITION. IT IS POSSIBLE THE CHASSIS RELAY MIGHT BE STUCK IN THE OFF POSITION WHICH REQURES ME TO TAKE APPART THE BCC :-( TO FIND OUT WHY. I WILL POST RESULTS.
