Talking with the KOA guys isn't really helpful. They admit that they have no clue about anything electrical. And Progressive has said that their unit is doing what it's supposed to.
Our rig is wired for 30amp. Does that play into this at all? Is it simply an issue of not enough power coming into the rig when we're using the items I've listed above? I don't like having to use propane if it's something that we can address with the rig, but will live with it if it's a campground issue (which I can't do anything about).

When we purchased our coach used, along with it's factory EMS, it was a real PITA with the way it was set up for shedding loads and making it difficult for doing anything.
Evidently previous two owners lived with it, but it wasn't long before I dug into it with some changes, so that the ac's are the only things that will shed. If for some reason it still loads up after that and although, I've never seen it happen, then we'll just have to rely on the circuit breakers for doing their job.
In addition, I've split the rear ac circuit and sometimes run it on the campground pedestal separately, reserving a full 30amps for the rest of the coach. This is one of my best mods to date and works well, so at a loss, as to why the manufacture didn't do this on 30amp coaches in the first place.
