Garmin RV 760 vs Rand McNally 7720
Looking to get an RV specific GPS. I have read reviews on Amazon.com and both units seem to have some issues. I searched the topic on rv.net , but couldn't find anything specific to address my conc...

I had a RM 7710 and did like using it until it started freezing and then died completely after 3 years. I bought the Garmin 760 and like it better. The RM "talks" more than the Garmin. The lane assist in the Garmin is better. I think the Garmin is more user friendly. Both have, at one time or another, sent me in directions I didn't like. I think the Garmin has better maps. Just my opinion
