General Rv in Huntley, Il. and Tampa Fl

We had our step repaired at General in Huntley. They made the appointment, kept the appointment, had it ready the same day. We would go back there.

I have dealt with their Wixom, MI store through one trailer and three motor homes. I've always had a great experience in buying and with service. They have 11 stores across the country.

I've only had experience with them in Orange Park, Fl. and they have been great to deal with for parts. My son bought a 5er 3 years ago from them and went back and purchased an Excursion from the same salesman yesterday. he's happy

Their work has been done properly the first time, and they stand behind their work. I feel confident that this philosophy is consistent throughout their dealerships. While they may not be the cheapest place in town, they see3m to get it right the first time and, at least for us, stand behind their work.
