Hanging Pictures, etc.

This may seem silly but..... What methods do ya'll use to hang pictures and memorabilia so they don't rattle around while you're driving?

  • 3M Command Strips

We have several large, heavy pictures (done by my Son) that hang in our 5vr.

Used the Command Strips at the 4 corners and pressed them on the wall.
Been there for 7 yrs and NEVER moved.shifted regardless of the roads traveled.

And when you want to remove........you just pull down on the strip and it will release.
Those that have concerns with wall paper......just slide some dental floss between wall and strip.

The areas of contact must be CLEAN. Wipe down with a cotton ball and alcohol to clean surface----blow dry---stick on.

  • X3 on the command strips! Those things are great! We use them all over the house as well as the camper.
  • We use a small screw to hang pictures and welcro to secure it from moving.
  • x4 on the command strips. Haven't lost anything on the wall yet.
  • x 5 -- we use the command strips and they have worked for over 4 years and stayed on without a hitch during our current bitterly cold winter.
