G rated 14ply for the Hankook's, the Samson's I have now is H rated 16ply, my rv is only 18000lbs dry weight, 20,500lb gross weight, I am finding the 16ply Samson's are just to hard and a crappy tire all together.

The ride is probably being hurt by the H rating. I hope you are running the pressure at what you actually need and not at the max pressure on the side wall of those H tires.
The recommended pressure for a 20,500 lb GVWR should be around 80 psi with 245-70/19.5 tires.
