after our new coach has been in Camping World shop for over 7 weeks total,only about 3 of the 37 items have they even attempted to fix of the three items addressed none fixed I made appointments well ...

I'd vent too. Golly, you didn't spend that kind of money for the coach to sit at cw. Tough lesson to learn about the rv business. Check with your manufacturer and see if there is another authorized dealer/service center in your area. Might be closer than Iowa :)
