Have a 2009 Challenger on a Ford Chassis
Last fall the heater blower motor came loose and wiped out the fan basket got a new basket an replaced. On the way home basket disintegrated again this time motor was tight so I replaced motor and basket. Well on first trip this year basket self destructed again not rubbing on anything just came apart I have a new one on the way anyone else had this problem motor seems to get extremely hot I had vent hooked up correctly. Also plenum was cleaned out to make sure nothing was left inside that could hit fan basket
