Thanks for the quick replies DavidP and WILDEBILL308. The faucet assembly is metallic and appears to be good quality. The previous owner may have replaced the original.

Can you guys see my images? I tried posting links to the photos I uploaded to Google Drive, but as I recall there was some 3rd party photo service I may need to use with the RVnet forms.
