From your 2nd picture (Valve stem cartridge) looks like the bonnet nut has been removed so you should be able to pull valve cartridge up/out.

Under cartridge S/B 'seat' and a spring.

Take ALL of it to ACE Hardware for correct replacement cartridges (might want to get 2 so if hot starts leaking you have cartridge)
