HURRICANE COMING
We have hurricane Florence on the way with 140 mph winds. Is it recommended to put the jacks down or keep the up? Thanks for any help from someone who has road one of the out. Bob

I have lived on the West Coast of Florida all of my life and have weathered several hurricanes and never felt the need to evacuate.
That said, if I lived on the Atlantic Coast and there was a storm like this bearing down on me, I would be packing my bags.
They have MEASURED 83 foot high waves and this storm is pushing a huge wall of water ahead of it. The insurance companies are predicting that this storm may be the costliest storm in history.
