If all you want is stability on the campsite, and you're willing to use Lego's or 2x planks to level, put Front and Rear Heavy Duty Sway Bars on it! The difference in stability when parked is absolutely amazing. I finished up installing the Hellwig bars on ours and went to get in the coach for some reason. I wasn't even thinking sway bars, but I got one foot on the first step and stopped. The coach had been rolling so much with my weight (well under 200#) out there that I thought the step mounting was loose. This time it was more like getting into a park model. You can save weight, dollars, complexity, and LOVE the handling on the road!

I have the HWH kickdown jacks because there wasn't enough room to install the straight acting ones. They've been working perfectly for 10 years. On the occasions when I've parked in the rain, they're worth every penny.

depending on the chassis, the price could vary a lot. if you want a full auto system, it is top of the line price. the joystick will be the lowest price. its a manually controlled system, and just about bullet proof in my opinion.
there is a straight acting jack set offered for the ford chassis.
kick downs will fit almost all models.
do your shopping. price isnt everything. it needs to be combined with confidence in your installer. a good shop is also worth something.

From your prior post, it appears you are buying a 22 ft? Having owned a 24 ft for years. In my opinion you would rarely if ever need the jacks to level. And the lego blocks work just fine. If however you want to stop it from bouncing, that is a differnt matter.

We've had two Class C's with HWH Kick-Down Jacks. The current ones were installed by CW in 2002. Not a super pretty install, but they work.
What I don't like is the Kick-Down design. There are some models out now, in HWH and BigFoot, that are Direct Acting. Suggest you see if those are available for your application.

Camping World couple yrs ago for little less than $3600 installed, tax, & all--with a $500 credit on Camping World card. Thought it was a great deal, especially for someone who Has to have them.

when I was looking they kept the quotes around $4K. Find a good independent shop they will usually be cheaper on labor and prices in general. dont know where you are located but I am sure someone can refer you to someone.
